It's a good idea, but...

The other Shifts were better. It was something about this added complexity, and the new graphical simplicity, that made this game something less than its predecessors. Also, the box moving has serious glitches.

Good Game, But...

There are so many places where you get stuck because you're too fat.
Although it seems you already tried to fix that already with the undulating of the cat.

It was fantastic.

You hit the Metroid-like genre head-on. It reminded me especially of metroid fusion, even before reading your author comments. I love the music, too.
But one question:
The screen randomly floated away at one point. Why?
