If you're trying to be even slightly serious, your facts are super wrong.
The yeast go through a modified version of cellular respiration called alcoholic fermentation, being deprived of the oxygen they need.
At the end, The pyruvates created in glycolysis are oxidized an phosphorylated into ethanol.
No burping or farting or lovemaking involved.
And cell reproduction isn't called branching, it's a process called Mitosis.
