[Gaia - life and death]

I Guess I'm Just Contrarian...

It seems that every critic of yours absolutely adores your "work". Sir/Madame, I have given all your work a fair chance. The sheer disgust that it evokes in me is unmatched by anything I've ever seen, and I've seen a lot. Maybe you think you've created some crazy hidden artistic masterpiece behind the façade of green, barechested, poorly animated "women". Maybe you're just crazy. Maybe I'm the one who's insane. After all, sanity is relative, and I appear to be the minority here.
In short, I see no reason why this even deserves to be on Newgrounds, much less a front page. It's not funny, not creative, not insightful, not witty, neither wry nor informative, and above all is simply disgusting. I know this won't change anyone or anything, but my hatred for this was just too profound to leave unexpressed.

This was really not good.

It was not funny, and relied on crappy, immature humor (mostly yelling) to try to make us laugh. For me, it didn't cut it. I don't understand how this made it on Newgrounds, much less got the front page.

I have to say, this really struck a chord with me.

Although you probably meant it as a joke, it raises an excellent point about not just nerds, but society.
We're romantically isolating ourselves. I'm going to ask out a girl tomorrow, and have realized that I have no fucking clue how I'm going to do it. Not only is this an amazing movie, funny, well animated (a unique style, I might add), and has great voice acting, It brings society into question. So bravissimo. Bravissimo.

I really enjoyed it. It's true, without love, my art loses its meaning, I can't write, cant even think. It was beautiful, artistic, and well animated. You, Madam, have earned a ten. If only you could expand on the story, some voice acting, maybe?

Not really funny, but you bring up a point.

Why do we allow Nazi preachers to scream anti-semitic slurs in a busy city when people aren't allowed to say African-American racial slurs without being stoned? My point is, not that we should allow more of this, but curtail free speech a little. Due to society's double standards, this is racist, but an African-American or African person calling a white person "cracka" or an Asian "chink" is OK. What the fuck, world?

For A 2007 Animation...

It was still less than decent.
I'm sorry, but it had one joke, which wasn't funny. No comedic timing, and really bad voice acting. It gets its three stars from its animation, which was decent for its release date.
I generally don't give bad reviews, but this isn't front page material.
